Thanx! the floral pattern is free to download, I got it from design-maker, she also has other cool things you can download.
i just added some texture and colour tho the pattern she made.

It's in northern Italy, really close to a little mountain town called "Toblach" (the name is in german, because even if it is in Italy the people there speak almost only german... The italian name of that place is "Dobbiaco").
The coordinates of this lake are: 46°42'22.21" N 12°13'09.68" E ... :) These are also the coordinates where I took the pic! I've posted it also in Panoramio so you can find it also in google earth called "Mountains from lake Toblach" :)
